I had myself measured today at the GYM after 40 days of running, dieting and trying to get back on a much healthier lifestyle. I've gone from lessening my beer intake to not drinking beer altogether. I've been more conscious about the kinds of food that I eat. I've limited my carbs, unless I'll be running long distances. I've also lessened my intake of pork and beef. I now eat chicken and fish most of the time. And lots of fruits and vegetables. You can never have enough of these.
I'm happy that I've lost 11.88lbs or 5.4kg and losing also 4 cm along my waist and about 6 cm in my hips. My thighs and calves are also symmetrical, the left is not bigger than the right. According to the trainer, it's rare that the muscles on both sides have the same size. Here is the tally below
