I had myself measured again today at the GYM... I'm where I left of a year ago... after working out and becoming vegan and achieving my goal of getting 20lbs lighter, I find myself where I left off... I got fat again and worked out. Too bad I don't keep a record of my gains... only my losses. The trainer said that my thighs got thinner and my calves got bigger... goes to show that my running did have an effect.
After a month and a half, I'll meaure again. I'll see if there are any more gains and losses.
